Exo Fusion – HA – PDRN Regeneration Therapy

Skin regeneration therapy with a combination of exosomes of plant and probiotic (bacterial) origin, which accelerate biological cellular repair processes, synergistically with hyaluronic acid (LMW) and PDRN (Polydeoxyribonucleotides) for enhanced skin tissue renewal.

Professional cosmetic skin regeneration therapy that improves skin elasticity, texture, hydration levels, and thickness by utilizing the advanced biological action of exosomes as “messengers” of intercellular communication. Exosomes are extracellular membrane particles that are involved in key biological processes, through the transport of bioactive molecules (proteins, lipids, nucleic

acids) by activating repair mechanisms, regeneration and anti-inflammatory response in the skin. The combination of exosomes with hyaluronic acid enhances their therapeutic efficacy, creating a favorable moisturizing microenvironment, essential for the smooth healing process and the absorption of bioactive molecules. At the same time, the combination of exosomes with PDRN- polynucleotide that supports cell proliferation and the repair mechanism of DNA – enhances the regenerative effect on the skin, accelerating healing and improving structural integrity and tissue functionality through synergistic reconstruction mechanisms.

Action:

Regeneration and reconstruction of the skin, activation of cell repair, stimulation of collagen and elastin production, anti-inflammatory ac- tion, hydration, tightening, radiance.

Indications:

Expression lines, deep wrinkles, marks and scars, sagging and loss of skin volume, photoaging.

Contraindications:

Skin with open wounds, moles, keloids, sunburn, overly sensitive skin, healing problems, blood coagulation disorders and problems, dermati- tis, in cases of acne and inflammatory rosacea, allergies to any ingredients of the products, pregnancy, lactation, herpes, vitiligo, psoriasis, taking isotretinoin for the last six months, malig- nancies, chemotherapy or radiotherapy, history of autoimmune diseases, diabetes mellitus and fever.

Key ingredients:

Centella Asiatica Exosomes, Lactobacillus Exo- somes, PDRN, Hyal (LMW)

Recommended applications: At least 6, depending on the skin condition.

Step 1:  Cleansing

Clean the face and neck with Elements Sensitive Cleansing Gel, or the appropriate cleansing product depending on the skin type. (Duration: 1 minute) 

Step 2: Chemical Peeling

To increase the final result, Juliette Armand suggests the use of the chemical peeling Mandelic Acid 40% of the Ameson Mesopeel series.

2a. Pro-Peel Lotion (2ml)

Soak the cotton pad with Pro-Peel Lotion and apply on the face and neck. Pro-Peel Lotion will reduce the pH of the skin and prepare it for the chemical peeling that will follow. Protect sensitive areas (around the eyes, mouth outline, base of nasal wing, moles, etc.) by applying an oily textured cream. Cover the eyes with a cotton pad soaked in water. (Duration: 1 minute) 

2b. Mandelic Acid 40% (2ml)

Apply 2ml Mandelic Acid 40% on the face and neck, leaving it to act for up to 7 minutes. Check for erythema throughout the procedure before the end of the recommended time and, if necessary, neutralize with Post-Peel Lotion. Start the application from the outer part of the face and continue towards the center and the neck. (Duration: up to 7 minutes) 

2c. Post-Peel Lotion (4ml)

Neutralize by soaking a cotton pad in Post-Peel Lotion and applying with the stamping method to the face and neck twice until the feeling of “burning” / “numbness” stops. (Duration: 2 minutes)

(Total duration: up to 10 minutes)

I want you to know that in case of intense irritation, apply cold water compresses and do not proceed to mesotherapy (Step 3) but complete the protocol from Step 4 onwards.

If there is a contraindication in using chemical peeling, select the appropriate exfoliating product from the Elements line.

Step 3: Mesotherapy

3a. Exo Fusion Powder (110mg) + Hyal 2% (5ml)

For the first 2 sessions, we recommend the combination of Exo Fusion Powder with Hyal 2%. Use one vial of Ameson Mesotech Hyal 2% and take the entire amount (5ml) it contains, using a sterile syringe. Make sure that there are no air bubbles inside the syringe and then transfer the material to the Exo Fusion Powder vial and shake well to mix. Leave the mixture for 3-5 minutes to remove bubbles after the freeze-dried powder has completely dissolved. Use the syringe to take the mixed ma- terial. Sterilize the face and neck with a special skin antiseptic and a sterile gauze.

Prepare the Micropen with the appropriate disposable needle tip and adjust the penetration length according to the diagnosis of skin type and area. Divide the face and neck into small areas starting from the forehead. Spread the material on the small area, stretch the skin with the free hand and apply the Micropen vertically and then horizontally with the stamping method, that is, lifting each time and not dragging on the skin. In the same way, continue in the remaining areas, gradually covering the entire face and neck, avoiding the thyroid area. We can repeat the whole procedure one more time, depending on the damage of the skin, or insist lo-

cally on damage (wrinkles, scars, marks, freckles, etc.) if deemed necessary. Once the process is completed, spread the rest of the material from the syringe, with gentle movements and let it absorb.

3b. Exo Fusion Powder (110mg) + PDRN 2% (5ml)

For the next 4 sessions, we recommend the combination of Exo Fusion Powder with PDRN 2%. Shake well the vial of Ameson PDRN 2% and take the entire amount (5ml) it contains, using a sterile syringe. Make sure that there are no air bubbles inside the syringe and then transfer the material to the Exo Fusion Powder vial and shake well to mix. Leave the mixture for 3-5 minutes to remove bubbles after the freeze-dried powder has completely dissolved. Use the syringe to take the mixed material. *Once the 6 applications are completed, in cases with severe skin damage, continue the mesotherapy with Ameson Mesotech PDRN 2% every 15 days until we reach the desired result.

Tip: Only RNANO needles can be dragged on the skin vertically, horizontally and with the spiral method.

Attention: Sterile gloves and face masks are recommended during the procedure to ensure hygienic conditions

Step 4: Calming / Hydration

4a. Bio-Cellulose Mask (1 item)

Apply the specialized Bio-Cellulose Mask, which offers immediate hydration, cooling sensation and relief of irritated skin and fully adapts to the shape of the face. Its high biocompatibility instantly and evenly reduces the feeling of inflammation and erythema on the skin. First, remove the mask from the sachet and unfold it.

Remove the protective film on one side and apply the mask to the face, eyes, and nose according to existing notches. Then, remove the second protective film. Apply the remaining amount of serum from the sachet on the neck and over the mask.

Leave it for 15 to 20 minutes and remove. Apply any remaining amount of serum on the face with light movements until absorbed. (Duration: 15-20 minutes)

4b. Calming Bliss (2ml)

Then, apply 2ml of Calming Bliss, a product for immediate relief and hydration of irritated skin. (Duration: 1 minute)

(Total duration: up to 16-21 minutes)

 Step 5: Sun protection

Apply Face Mineral Fluid SPF 50 or Face Mineral Fluid Tinted SPF 50 on the face and neck. (Duration: 1 minute)
